How Is The Postage Fee Calculated?

Iconic Cloth posts its unique products to destinations worldwide. To see if we currently deliver to your location, please refer to the following information:-

European Destinations  

United Kingdom (incl. Islands), Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany,     Guernsey, Irish Republic, Isle of Man, Italy, Jersey, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain,   Sweden, Switzerland.

Worldwide Destinations

Canada, United States, Mexico, Japan, Australia, New Zealand.

*If you wish to order but do not see your country of delivery on our list of delivery destinations, please email us at mail@iconiccloth.co.uk and we'll look to add the country in order to service your order.          

Our postage charge is calculated based on the area of destination, and on the standard 1st class service with the Royal Mail. At present, our standard delivery charges are as follows:-

United Kingdom - £3.99  --- Intra-EU Destinations - £7.99  --- Worldwide Destinations - £9.99

Delivery on all orders over £60 to the UK, £90 to European destinations and £120 to Worldwide destinations.

How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order?

When we say Iconic Cloth operates a boutique, low volume service, we mean it. Every single order is printed to order especially - using state of the art digital printers - so naturally it takes a little longer to provide our customers with their unique product than other companies with warehouses full of stock.

If you require your order for a special occasion:- a birthday for example, or was simply hoping to receive your order quickly, please email us once the order is placed and we will provide you with a projected date of delivery. If it is preferred that the item is still received more quickly, we can communicate with our printer immediately and return to you with a more accurate delivery projection. A next day delivery service is also available for certain items.

Receiving Your Order In Time For Your Special Occasion

We understand that many of you will be looking to purchase one of our products to give to loved ones for occasions such as birthdays, and we can't thank you enough for valuing our products so highly.

Such is the nature of our print-to-order model, we will do everything we can to minimise any delays in providing orders to our customers. Please note, for example that we are experiencing lead time of up to 6 weeks for destinations such as Australia and New Zealand. Unfortunately, and for the time being, this is out of our control, but if you are in a 'Rest of World' destination and require your order more quickly, please contact us and we will explore delivery options with our printer. Please note that using a courier will incur a significant additional charge.
